Hybrid Homes Foundation

Our mission at Hybrid Homes Foundation is to improve the energy efficiency of single family homes in America.  Either through energy efficient retrofits, upgrades to major remodeling projects, or new, ultra efficient construction, we want to vastly improve the residential market's energy efficiency.  Doing so will reduce the need for new power plants, reduce greenhouse emissions, create jobs that can't be outsourced, stabilize your energy costs, and create a more comfortable living environment.  With approximately 20% of our energy consumption taking place in residential housing, we need to do more than drive hybrid cars to solve our energy issues.

Our Goal

Our goal is to simplify the information on energy efficient products, methods, and designs and produce portions that can be easily disseminated to the professional and public markets.  

We plan to do this in several ways including:

• Short videos on specific subjects
  
• Articles and interviews from experts
• Seminar summaries
  
• Links to more detailed sources
• DVD production and distribution to schools
• And more
